Make an initial enquiry to us either through our contact us form below, phone call or via email to discuss your needs.

We will arrange a meeting to come and meet you at your home/site. From this we will be able to quote for the project.

Once you are happy with the quote, and signed the acceptance form and paid the deposit, we will come and do a measured survey (if required) and produce existing floor plans and elevations. We will also liaise with any other services you may require.

We will then provide initial scheme ideas with floor plans and basic visuals/elevations of the proposed project. Then a consultation can either take place face to face, depending on location, or on the phone or Skype. This will enable us to get your opinions and any changes that may be required until we achieve the result you want. 

Once you have chosen the final scheme we will then complete and provide you with all the final floor plans, site plan, elevations and CGI visuals.

When you have received and are happy with the finalised project and paid for them we will submit the plans (if required) to your local authority.

If planning is required we will liaise with the local authority throughout the planning process.

We can then quote and complete your Building Regulations Drawings (these help with the quotes from builders and the construction process).
